Elton earned a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1991. After college, he worked for several years as a
marketing analyst for Success Business Industries. In 1995, Elton left success and partnered with his brother, Keith, as the owners and operators of Mike’s Ice, a wholesale ice manufacturer and distributor. The brothers sold the company in 1999.
Elton then joined Advantage+ as a collections-department employee. He moved up the corporate ladder from there, advancing to a sales position in 2001 and then to vice president of sales in 2005, the same year he was named to the company’s management team.

Jim began his career with Arthur Andersen & Co in Chicago. His clients included companies in banking, finance, advertising, mining and manufacturing. He also specialized in mergers, acquisitions, and troubled companies.
He left public accounting to become the CFO of one of the world’s largest advertising agencies. Later he became the president of a troubled NYC public company and transformed its focus from real estate development and mortgage banking to manufacturing. Later, Jim became the president of four other public companies in financial trouble. He has also owned or had active investments in 12 other companies. He currently owns a composite
manufacturing company.
His international experience involved ownership and board membership in companies that had operations in China, Mexico, England, Ireland, Holland,
France, Australia, New Zealand, and Taiwan.
Jim has held board positions on many private and public companies in banking, insurance, leasing, and manufacturing.
Jim currently serves on the board of eight companies and is a trustee (emeritus) of The Milwaukee School of Engineering. Jim has a BS Degree from Idaho State University and an MBA from the University of Denver; he is a CPA and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a member of WPO (World Presidents Organization), Rotary International and the Milwaukee FBI Citizens Academy Alumni Association.

Lynn Davis
Lynn earned a BA in communication from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee and is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Society. Her work experience includes 17 years in both regional and local banking in corporate, commercial, consumer and branch management, five years in staffing and consulting, and more than 10 years as a fitness specialist with her own business. Lynn has served in volunteer capacities including past president of the YWCA of Greater Milwaukee, facilitator for Living Well with Chronic Conditions program, and as a participant, fund developer, and team leader within the Parkinson’s Program at Froedtert Hospital and the Medical College of Wisconsin. In addition to serving on the Advantage+ Board, Lynn is also a Master Gardener Volunteer with the UW- Extension, chair of the Facilities and Grounds Committee for a local homeowners’ association, and a volunteer for the New Berlin Food Pantry.

Steve is the Director of Fiscal Planning and a corporate officer of Zilber Ltd. & Subsidiaries, a group of privately held companies with interests in real estate development and finance. The Zilber group has operations in seven states and is headquartered in Milwaukee.
Steve is also responsible for tax and financial planning, property management, and trust and investment services for the Zilber companies and the Zilber family.
He has been with the Zilber organization since 1978. Prior to that, he was a Tax Manager for Deloitte Haskins and Sells (now Deloitte & Touche LLP), where he spent the first seven years of his career.
Steve graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1971 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Accounting). He earned his
Master’s Degree in Taxation from the same institution in 1988. He is currently a member and Past President of the Tax Executives Institute-Wisconsin Chapter and a member of the AICPA, WICPA, and the Rotary Club of Milwaukee. He serves on the Boards of Directors of Zilber Ltd. and Affiliates, iTeam Companies, Inc., Advantage Leasing Corporation, the Joseph and Vera Zilber Family Foundation, Inc., and the World Affairs Seminar.
Steve is a volunteer in the St. Francis Children’s Center Annual Awards Banquets, United Way, the Rotary Club of Milwaukee, and the World Affairs Seminar.

Jon is the founder, CEO & Managing Principal of Fortress Partners Capital Management Ltd. Fortress Partners is a State of Wisconsin registered investment advisor focusing exclusively on equity and debt investments in community banks Fortress Partners has been an advisor and consultant to banks and thrifts for 25 years.
Jon has over 50 years of experience in commercial banking, equipment leasing and finance, having started over 20 businesses in those fields. He has also served as an investment banker for a regional investment banking firm, Blunt Ellis & Loewi. Jon formed and manages three private investment funds investing in micro cap banks and thrifts.
In addition to serving as a director of Advantage+, Jon is also a director of GulfShore Bancshares, Inc. and GulfShore Bank, Tampa; Ovation Holdings and its banking subsidiary; Encore Bank, NA, Naples; Eberle Communications Group, Inc., a direct mail marketing firm in McLean, Virginia.
Jon is the chairman of the board and a director of WELS Investment Funds, Inc., which manages over $165 million of assets of congregations and affiliates of the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod. He is also a member of the endowment committee of Wisconsin Lutheran College. Jon has an AB in Political Science and Economics from Marquette University.
