  • You have great hand/eye coordination when it comes to typing.  (Translation:  You type quickly and make VERY few mistakes.)

Job Duties

Your day-to-day duties will fluctuate based on the needs of our partners, but will include:
  • Generating documents
  • Following up with customers (phone and email)
  • Entering applications
  • Navigating various software applications
  • Managing email
  • Assisting other members of the team with overflow work
  • Providing back up to the receptionist as needed
  • Organizing and maintaining files, correspondence, records and other documents
Important Note:  Many of the responsibilities listed above are time sensitive.


  • At least 1 year of Administrative experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to use the internet
  • Substantial computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets as well as customer database systems
